About the Authors

Philip K. Y. Young is the president of Nth Degree Systems, Inc., and a co-founder of Learning Burst Academy. He has also worked with Duke Corporate Education and strives to improve courses in business education by bringing an innovative, digital format.

Stephen E. Erfle is a Management Economist, and a former employee of the Seagram Classics Wine Company. He currently serves at Dickinson College as a Professor, teaching Managerial Economics and the use of MS Excel as a teaching platform.
