Summary of the Book

Jacques Saunière, the curator of the Louvre museum, is found dead, drawing a pentagram in his own blood moments before his death. Robert Langdon, professor of Symbology at Harvard, is summoned to help police cryptologist and Sauniere’s estranged grand-daughter understand why he was killed. What Langdon learns ties Sauniere to a secret society protecting the Holy Grail itself.
