About Kalidasa

Kalidasa was the most famous Sanskrit writer, poet and dramatist. Most of his works are based on the stories and characters found in Hindu philosophies. Some of his most famous works are Abhijnanasakuntalam, Malavikagnimitram, Vikramorvasiyam, Raghuvamsa and Meghaduta.
